Since 2018, Maya Selva Cigars has released a yearly special edition in honor of the Chinese New Year. The Flor de Selva Año del Caballo (Year of the Horse) continues this tradition and impresses with a finely balanced tobacco composition.

A select wrapper from Honduras’ Jamastrán Valley, combined with carefully chosen filler tobaccos from Honduras and Nicaragua, forms the foundation of a complex and harmonious aroma profile. This Double Corona reveals notes of brown sugar, cocoa, nutmeg, delicate roasted aromas, and a hint of white pepper.

Visually, the edition captivates with an opulent red-and-gold cigar band — the traditional colors of the Chinese New Year. The 10-count box follows the same elegant design, making this limited edition a true collector’s item.
